Sophisticated Finishes
We are all about colour and Peter Fell Limited is the New Zealand agent for Sophisticated Finishes - a range of Metallic Surfacers, and Antiquing & Tinting solutions. There is a large range of Surfacers including gold, silver, copper and bronze with antiquing options for each.

The range can be divided into two groups:
1. Metallic Surfacing
Create the rich look and durabilty of a true metallic finish on virtually any paintable surface. The Metallic Surfaces are an ingenious blend of very fine metal particles suspended in a water based acrylic sealing compound.
2. Antiquing and Tinting Solutions
Create a beautiful, true antiquing patina or rust finish in just hours on virtually any paintable surface. Patina and Rust Antiquing Solutions amazingly oxidise our reactive Metallic Surfacers (or genuine copper, brass, bronze and Iron) - see chart below.
You can further enhance both Metallic Surfacers and Patina finishes with the Tinting Solutions - not an oxidation agent, but a dye based finish that adds colour and contracts to all the finishes.
